Sorry Steve for the late response to you question about Prepaid Tel.com. My understanding of the business is that Prepaid sells "Dial tone services". What this means is that a customer is unable to get hooked up by PAC-Bell or GTE depending on service area. The customer could be behind on payments or could not afford the deposit or other fee's. Another reason could be that a customer does not have the required personal info needed. California has a large population of illegal aliens. Prepaid targets these customers for a flat fee. They pay a certain amount for dial tone services. When the purchased amount of dial tone services run out they must pay for additional dial tone services. I believe this is where Marathon fits in the picture. Marathon can provide the pole to home services in order to hook-up the customer. I need to go back and learn more about Marathon. The prepaid calling cards is just a feather in the cap. Just one more area where company will have additional revenues. About MARATHON TELECOM.: Marathon Telecom is a California company whose charter is to market, install and maintain business telephone systems in Northern California. Marathon has been in operation since 1990 with an extensive customer base. Marathon services most manufacturers' communication products but markets Samsung products exclusively. Greg
