I, being the DF others think I am, have looked very closely at press releases, signed by the president, and base my questions on the press releases and real DD.

Another question to ask: Most public companies IR stick to the latest info. in their press releases (Laws about that sort of thing), or past public releases and/or filings. Is this the case here or do many of you think you have been given the "inside" info? If so, why would you take the risk and pass it on.

Fuduciary duty questions, on the part of IR and management, insider trading for passing it on?

Nothing can be "validated by word of mouth". It is not official, like third party audits and United States SEC filings.

ASK MANAGEMENT THE QUESTIONS AND GET THE ANSWERES IN WRITTING FROM AN OFFICIAL OFFICER OR DIRECTOR! Just what is the problem with that. Clear and simple. What's the problem with answering the questions if there is no problem! What's the problem with the questions? What's the PROBLEM!
