SATC: This hardly sounds like the fuel cell pure play leader to me. Sounds more like a desperate attempt to pump and dump on a fuel cell related news release. . ..

SatCon Technology Corp. designs, develops and manufactures electro-mechanical products for aerospace, transportation, industrial and utility applications. The Company also designs, develops and manufactures power and energy management products for telecommunications, silicon wafer manufacturing, factory automation, aircraft and automotive applications. The Company's electro-mechanical products are being developed for a wide variety of United States government and commercial markets.

Financial Summary

SatCon designs, develops and manufactures intelligent, electro-mechanical products for aerospace and transportation and power and energy products for telecommunications. For the fiscal year ended 9/30/99, revenues remained level at $15.5 million. Net loss applicable to Common totalled $12.4 million, up from $4.3 million. Revenues reflect reductions in R&D contracts, offset by an increase in manufactured product sales. Higher Loss suffered from increased compensation expense.

In case you don't know. . . SATC is primarily in the contract engineering business. Their secondary business is power electronic products. Third is motion-control products.

If you like, I can look up more info for you.
