If there is a trade imbalance, should I place a market order now or wait for it to reopen?

I'm guessing place an order now so I can get in early on the pop up since the rise usually lasts for awhile.

I called my broker re: X around 12:18...just halted. He told me that the exchange where it is traded (you know which one) often halts issues when they get an order imbalance. He advised against placing a market order under such conditions...you might get filled at the high. Best to put in a limit or watch the action. Based on what T has done, we can guess that the reception will be enthusiastic!
