Very true! I tend to stay long term though because I hate the tax consequences of "in and out." In the end, you don't wind up with a lot of profit. If I stay long in a half a dozen pennies and one or two of them really take off, then I can laugh all the way to the bank. Most of what I have now, I am playing with the "houses money" anyway so I figure I don't have much to lose by going long.
