I would tend to agree with you if it were not for the Arkoma basin field XTO bought last year. That could turn out very well for them. You would not see any indication of this if you looked at the figures and press releases. It was hinted in the Con Call that they now feel confident it will turn out VERY well for them, substantially better than when they made the purchase. Can't remember the exact comment but do remember that it made me sit up and pay attention (Something about being surprised by the initial drilling results). This was a factor in my decision to overweight my XTO holdings.
