I think the problem with the sector rotation right now is the the market is only consolidating rather than trending. I think that is why Clint may have had 4 or more sectors out of the 12 increasing at the criteria for a strong market. We don't have that right now. The COMPX is amazing right now, but the downside risk remains high. Like everyone though I am riding it till it breaks and sitting on a pile of cash for when we pull back.
