If you look at the January short interest (2,746,884) during a period with average daily volume of 510,000 shares, the last few days have been pretty heavy (2,000,000 yesterday, 2,545,000 today). Now clearly not all of the shares traded during that time were short covers, but still, the short interest could be drying up soon. I'm thinking that 1,000,000+ shares might be gone already. The problem is, without daily numbers, we simply don't know. jess.
