Thanks for the info...but why does it say: If any of the Common Stock being registered on this form are to be offered on a delayed or continuous basis pursuant to Rule 415 under the Securities Act of 1933, other than Common Stock offered only in connection with dividend or interest reinvestment plans, check the following box. [X] I'm just trying to educate myself...not challenging your reassurance. I already see that I mis-interpreted the registration as Lev, himself, rather than VLNC...so a third look was productive! Thanks again for any further insights... And thanks, Zeev, for your quick response...(Have I said recently how much I love a rational thread!?)
