Leslie, they renewed my subscription without notifying me either. I just saw the charge on my credit card. And it's interesting that by the time I received the statement, 30 days had passed from the day the charge was applied. So I sent them an email requesting to cancel my subscription. I received a reply that the 30 days had passed. Sorry, can not cancel. So, I told them that they either cancel my subscription, or that I will contact my credit card company, dispute the charge, and file a formal complaint. I got an answer back that they were sorry to lose me, and that a full refund will be applied to my credit card.

best regards
amein

I received an email that my subscription was up in a couple of weeks and that they would renew automatically unless I emailed or called them back.
