Thanks Bob, i generally agree but think they will start to move before the end of this year. this is the information age and there are many, many companies have a lot of upgrading to do and can't or don't want to bring all that staff inside their cos. They will turn to KEA, CATP, SCOC and other similar companies to do this for them.
