DTSI being sued by KVHI for Patent Infringement: biz.yahoo.com What to do? What to do? Buy KVHI? Nice chart. Certainly not quite ready to jump into DTSI right now. Maybe daytraders can jump on a reversal (at 12?) should the suit rock the stock. I can't see DTSI dropping much below 10 - 12, but stranger things have happened. The press release is dated MONDAY at 2:00. I was thinking it was today at 2:00. My mistake. Perhaps the damage is already accounted for and DTSI is putting in a solid floor at 14. A pending lawsuit could certainly hold the stock to the floor, but any positive news regarding the suit could initiate a "sell me" pop. Any thoughts, anyone? HB

happy, you are a humble guy.I am glad you are making some very good trades..Going to have to give you the title of King Gizzard of the Week.However, Chisy will retain the Queen Title for another week...Chisy just touches a stock and it zooms..Today it was XOMA.Taking some off the table on PTEC, very wise.I advise you to quit trading now for 3 days before you do something emotionally stupid... I am holding MATR, it should pop tomorrow Holding very large AZTC position... Frank is something else, leaves town, confident that AZTC will spike on Friday and his sell orders will be triggered..If only I had that kind of confidence.. If AZTC moves on Friday, we will give Frank the title of "Absentee Gizzard of the Week" Still sitting with ECTL(almost sold today, but didn't hit target yet) Same with INFO.... traded MAGN today for 1/2 point..not around much.. Have to go to Columbus Ohio tomorrow afternoon to give a seminar on Saturday..(not on stocks mind you...) If AZTC begins to run tomorrow, may play yet a third position on it....All the best to you and your family.... Regards, Mark
