Jim,

Fill me in, I missed it. I heard Joe saying something about SAWS, but I was too busy posting bogus buyout rumors on the Aasche board to pay attention to what he was saying. Speaking of shining the light on insider selling, someone might oughta look at Michael Dell & Co...dumping stock as fast as the SEC allows while at the same time cranking the hype machine, then claiming a month later they had no clue earnings would suck when they were dumping.

Speaking of entertainment, it was Haines at his finest this a.m. when he was busting Greg Hymowicz' chops. Hymowicz was back at it, trying to hype up his thinly traded positions and Haines blindsided him with the "yeah, last time you were on the show, you talked about that one, and a week later, they bombed on earnings..." Hymowicz did a very lame song=and=dance trying to claim that it did not happen that way, but fortunately Haines was in bulldog mode and would not let him off the hook. I don't like that Hymowicz guy, never did...it sure is interesting that whenever he mentions a stock he owns, the entry price he claims is always that stock's 52-week low. He talks like those guys at the horse track. I could go on and on about what a goof he is, but I promised our friend Ted that I would be nice on these boards for a week.

AND, speaking of guests...my two all-time favorite Squawk guests haven't been on in almost 2 months...Rick Schottenfeld and Seth Tobias. What's the gig here? Hymowicz and that Eric guy--another legend in his own mind--are on once a week and yet the two best guests ever on Squawk (Tobias and Schottenfeld) can't even get on once a month? What gives? I could go on and on, but like I said, I promised Ted I would be cordial for a week and I am a man of my word. More Seth & Schottenfeld on Squawk please, and less gasbags.
