<<this one could pull a trra or even sify>> DK10438: Morgan has hit a lot of homeruns (eg. with ARBA, Cacheflow, Akamai, WebMethods..etc...)....They would not own over 15% of Impsat Fiber Networks (IMPT) unless they had A LOT of confidence in the firm's ability to execute. In fact, MSDW has a Managing Director on IMPT's board. Goldman and Morgan Stanley were the lead underwriters---they are the best in the business and IMO they will support this stock. I expect analyst coverage to start in the next 2 weeks. IMPT has many of the critical success factors to 'pull a TRRA or even a SIFY' <VBG>.....I'm strapped in and ready for the ride.
