Thanks for sharing your knowledge of this sector ..
I have a small position in CREE and wonder how they
fit in with AATT/CPSX/SEMX ??? Are the later firms
potential customers for CREE's SiC substrates; which
if I understand the technology; are capable of operating
at high temperatures ?? or potential competitors ??
