Not to mention the E-Bill market is 95%+ untapped, so hard to say that CheckFree has locked up the market. Princeton ecom also said they were in favor the merger. The Banks may be the exception, but they've been saying all along that they wanted CheckFree and TransPoint to work together. Overall, I'm very confident this merger will go through, everyone seems to want it. Benny(IMHO)
