When I first read AG's post about "massive" insider selling I thought Great! Now I will be able to pick up more shares in the mid to low 20's !!! Experience has shown me (former broker - in market since '67) that in most companies... where the stock is up 8 fold in the last 4 months... that we would see at least 15 - 20% of inside positions liquidated.

But then he posted the actual #'s.....what a sad joke......these totals represent less than 1% of insiders holdings (21% of class A & 25% of class E - from MarketGuide).

WHAT IS REMARKABLE IS THAT WE HAVE NOT SEEN MORE INSIDER SELLING - ESPECIALLY WITH NO OPTIONS (puts) TO USE AS A HEDGE !!

Oh, another small detail. Mr. AG was very quick to point out (in Message 12892398 ) that Mr. Wimbush had filed to sell 4K shares....but did not bother to tell us that the day before, Mr. Wimbush had aquired 2K of those shares (see SEC form 4).

Mr. Miller sold only 5% of his holdings, Mr. Adler sold 11% (still has 40K + options to purchase another 50K), and Mr. Lawson still owns 7.7K class B warrants.

The price of LPTHA went from 20 to a low of around 14 the week after the 2.28 million shares went on sale, but sure didn't stay down for long - does he really think posting the fact that insiders sold 14K shares will do anything ??? The only thing AG accomplished was to damage his credibility by calling 14K "Massive".

Still happy with the shares I do have (mine are only about 2/3 "free"). Jerry
