I would like to ask the board a question..Was anyone able to get the report at 12PM today? I found the report at 12:28 online and I experienced server problems. Seconds from seeing the report XLA was halted and TERN was on a roll...Comments please...

Gilder and Clayton Christenson were recently hired as analyst consultants by Merrill Lynch.

Wow, I did not know this! So at least ML was not pilfering someone else's material. Also, think of the customer list of ML. Even if their research first goes to the bigger ML clients.

On the sobering side this all reminds me of a very short, but topical joke. A man gets a tip about a stock, calls his broker, finds out it is selling for $1 and says buy (a lot)!. A while later he checks in and hears it went up to $2 and buys (a lot) more. And this goes on for a while till the stock reaches 10 and he says to his broker Sell! and his broker says - to who?
