Reading the report today(if I'd forgotten seeing it before), Terayon is indeed partly a play on wireless. I'd guess Tern's acquisition of Isreali firm Combox is reported in the news. Link should be readily available if you look.

TERN uses S-CDMA technology (closely related to QCOMs wireless CDMA technology) for cable modems, but is not a pure wireless play. It is primarily hard-wired equipment, although I'm pretty sure that TERN does have a wireless component (but it is not primarily a wireless play). My post was confusing.
