If it weren't so sad it would be funny. This is my opinion on one aspect of the situation. The institutions interested in arbitrage are shorting CORL and buying INPR. No matter what the price is, at the time of the merger they get a buck to a buck and a half. At the same time all of the CORL traders are selling and buying INPR to capture a buck to a buck and a half. Without significant interest by other investors in CORL, I wonder why the stock price is heading down. Duh?
