I agree with you that people in general don't suck. I also agree about the male vs. man dichotomy. A male has XY chromosomes. A man ~ oh, my, what it takes to be a man. Integrity. Honor. Pride. Decency. It's a tough standard. I remember one of my law school professors telling us, "if you turn all your corners at right angles, and cross all your t's and dot all your i's, you won't ever have to worry." It makes life so much easier, but learning to do it, and doing it, seems to be so hard.
