I agree. In addition, I bet lots of short positions may have been assumed this past week. Short covering provides the best types of rallies because some of them turn around and assume a long position as well.

If this is true, that Microsoft goes open source, then the Justice Dept. ain't got no case. This should be very, very bullish for the stock. Investors would look to get back in, the shorts would be
dead in short order. If this is verified, expect major upside gapping on this stock.<<

Today in San Francisco Bill Gates stated at an interview for the Nightly Business Report that Microsoft as part of a settlement would be willing to open the source code for other software companies. I saw that broadcast myself and the interview will Bill Gates. I agree the DOJ is dead in the water and so are the plantiffs from the 19 states.

Now is the time to back up the big 18 wheeler and load up the truck boys. Get that bulldozer cranking loading up that stock in the big momma
