PCLN needs $$ for ongoing operations. That is why they keep tapping the equity markets. That is why the stock keeps falling. Dilution. And that is why, for the same reason, that the pro bond buyers rejected pcln's bond offering, and pcln had to cancel the bond offering. Remember? Jay is really screwing you shareholders right up the butt. Victor
