>>HELLO--HELLO-- Pretty quiet here. Is everyone holding their breath waiting for the roof to fall in or what? Shares had a good day. On bad days there are 6 to 12 posts on a great day that drops. Wonder why? I told myself that I was going to sell off some at $5.00 guess I missed that so I will just keep holding. Any new rumors??<<

I have spent the past two days, trying to get caught up on all my Email and discussion board messages. Boy everyone decided to talk a lot when I was gone. I am not sure if everyone knows this, but there are three fairly active discussion boards which have a Net Shepherd thread (SI, StockHouse.ca, and Raging Bull). So, catching up on just this company's one is tough, let alone all the other ones I hold. I don't think that I will go on holidays again, its' too tough to get back up to speed. I still have another day or so before I feel that I am back on track again.

I promise you that waiting for the roof to fall in is the absolute last thing that I am doing right now. As a matter of fact, I am looking to see how I can raise some more capital to buy some more shares before they really start to move.

If the filings do come out relatively soon, then I believe that we will be able to see just what this new company will look like. We will know what arrangements they have, and then we can begin to dig deeper into the potential markets that they will be targeting.

I also believe that when this information is made public, and the deal is all but voted on (which is a given INMO), then the company will be able to solidify any deals in the pipeline that they may have lined up. I really didn't expect to any deals announced for the past while. I felt that way, because if I were a potential customer, I would tell them that I won't sign off on any service contract until I knew that Net Shepherd was finished with any merger issues etc. When this issue is dealt with (VERY soon now), and the information is made public, then I believe (and this is just my thoughts) that this is when we will start to see them open their Kimono.

You are correct! The shares had a good day. I like to see this base here before any run up, but I also would not be surprised if an attempt was made to hit any stop losses before a run up from here. All I know is that I plan to be holding all of my shares when things start to get real interesting around here.

I have heard many rumours, and some of them are real juicy, but I don't plan on creating an environment that takes away from anything that the company may be ready to announce. So, with that I can tell you that I don't plan on spreading any rumours I have heard. As far as I'm concerned, I would like to keep my contributions to this thread focusing on just the facts mixed with a health dose of speculation and supposition. It is more fun that way, and no one gets hurt in the end. Rumours, even juicy ones can make people do some stupid things with their money. Trust me, I learned this from some painful experiences earlier in my investing career.

Talk to you later!
