kenc, i posted the sec.gov url over here - Message 12905618 .. there's nothing there yet, it usually takes a day or more ... thanks for the heads-up, i had stopped checking hoovers.com daily ... and yes, WUWT, there is more there now than there was, for sure - they have filed today. By Saturday we should get the most legible text here - sec.gov

No, I think you misread me big time, kenc. I'm still bigger into this stock than any single other I own, and I've held it longer - and through more volatility - than any but one. The original post was in great excitement that there was info on the IPO available. There was a reply saying hey, there's almost no info. My question was intended to expand on the issue, wondering if - while indeed there isn't much info - at least this was the first appearance of anything on Red Herring on the IPO...and hence could still be construed as positive. I'm going to have to work on being clearer, I guess! <gg> WUWT
