Dear Steve: I am NOT SURE of this, so check it out yourself if you think you should, but I seem to recall that PLAB actually reduced the purchase price once already on MASK due to unfavorable earnings. Make sure that wont happen again. And, IF the merger were to be called off I sure wouldnt want to be holding MASK. I question whether they are up to handling the new much smaller sized silicon waifers. JDN
