Well I've checked three sites, scrolled through 50 pages of legalese and only got a pounding headache for my trouble.

All of the key numbers are still blank. As near as I can tell we are lumped in with Argentum at about 19% of the total. There are no conversion figures or even issue prices listed.

So we are back to speculating, my best guess is that we have 4% of 19% or about .008 percent of Medsite, if the issue is to raise 100 million and we assume it represents 10 % of the company, then market cap would be 1 billion and our share 8 million or about 3 times our investment. Not exciting. If the market cap should prove to be higher, say 5 billion then we are sitting with 40 million and a spectacular return on investment.

All of the above not much more than guesses!!!

Any comments on my suggestions for the company to issue rights to existing shareholders at the next financing?

Later
