Bill:

I wouldn't argue against your point. In this mania, the herd is ignoring things that would have blown the markets to bits a few years ago.

I am also encouraged by the remarkable sums being sucked out of the remaining sidelines cash by the insider selling (which is a river now) and the staggering IPO calendar just getting underway. I don't track the IPO situation the way I should, but am trying to shift some time to this as it could really help the Vaderian plan fall into place.

Would be delighted to hear the views of others on the IPO scene as it unfolds.

Best, Earlie

Love the rap. Add this to your mania chronicles. My next-door neighbor is a 75 year old retired greyhound bus driver. His son recently gave him a computer and he is now buying and selling stocks like crazy. Moreover, he is buying things like China.com, and many others he knows little of. In talking to him, it is clear he has little fear, which is surprising for someone his age.

LU hasn't been considered much of a buying opp -- I find that a little interesting

Bill,
Re silver: What do you think of this letter by Ted Butler to COMEX pointing out that only 4 traders have a combined short position of 192 million ounces of silver (48% of open interest)?
Thanks,
/Kit
