I know what you mean. Sooner or later rising rates will slow things down. I don't know when. People used to think that unemployment below 4.8% would drive up inflation. I don't think they had any idea that there were circumstances that would allow it to get to 4.0% and inflation would be at a record low. I just don't think the rules and models of the past have been very accurate recently.

it doesn't effect high growth companies with very low or no debt.
