MJXC . . . I told quite a few friends about this one and they were giving me a hard time when it looked like MJXC was headed to the pinks. I told them "to trust me" and to hang on . . . they did and now they are singing a different tune!! What a difference a few days (or weeks) make!!

Okay . . . we can officially now add MJXC to your 90% winners.

MJXC . . . this exemplifies three things that I think are critical to succeed with the Pennies.

It is nice to get a 100% winner in one day, but we all know that this will not always be the case. In order to consistently succeed I think it is necessary to have (1) patience, (2) adequate resources and (3) to perform DD.

These three things are intertwined. If you haven't done any DD it is an uncomfortable feeling to see the stock you just bought go down. But if you performed DD and you know the stock is a solid company, then you know based upon past experience that it will come back. If you don't know anything about the company then you have no idea if it will come back or if you just got caught up in a MOMO of a worthless company (of course, even these have a tendency to eventually come back).

It is also hard to be patient if you don't have adequate resources. If you have to sell one stock in order to have sufficient funds to buy the next stock then it is impossible to be patient because of the internal pressure to get out of a loser or small gainer and into what you hope is a big winner. I usually have an average of 20 OTC stocks in my portfolio.

In addition to MJXC, here is a good example. I bought SPSU several months ago at about .22 cents. I could have taken a small profit at the time but instead hung on and it went South on me (sound familiar?) Finally today, after at least 2 months(which seems like an eternity in the world of Pennies), it ran up to .50 cents and instead of a loser I had a double!! I had a pre-set sell in just waiting for this day in case I wasn't watching.

Geez, this was a long post. Good night!!
