any down side even interest rate is heading higher???

looks like it bottomed at 20-21 in late 1994 so that's a possible support area. If it does drop that low and shows signs of bottoming I will probably add to my position.

I don't think cash per share is too meaningful for bank one as they need to carry a lot of cash to cover their deposit liabilities.
