Depends on how they define institutions. It won't be established mutual funds because they don't buy off the BB at all. But if their definition includes hedge funds or VC capital firms, it's possible. Maybe someone out there actually understands who owns XSNI and what that includes.

But eight months after I first heard about this stock, people are still talking about the "alleged" head of XSNI.

Quite a mystery, even now.

The definition of institutions is very broad, and includes all sorts of hedge funds and other speculators. These institutions could invest in Turkish Hog Futures if they thought there was a profit in it.
