"FROM 9:00 to 4:30" I ALMOST FELL OUT OF MY CHAIR!!!

Sounds like my broker. Every time I call them I am on hold for anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour. During this time I am listening to music I didn't request, interspersed with the message "We are experiencing unusually high volumes ....". EVERY time I phone I get this message and I phone a lot (because there always screwing something up). I even got this message on January 17, when the U.S. markets were closed. High volumes? I think not.

Time to switch everything to Schwab.

You'd better believe it. The process starts today.

Rob thxs, Im currently with Webbroker Typically this is what happens
- can't get into website, says page cannot be displayed
- get into site, click on logon, wait for minute or so, then says can't logon
- get into site, enter account number, get into account, enter request for trade, get logged off
- if lucky enough to enter trade, it stays in waiting for approval for 15-20 mins
- if try the telephone, I've been on hold for 2 hrs!
Truly not a good situation. They coaxed everyone to go online, laid off the telephone staff, so if Web doesn't work, telephone no good either. Terrible mismanagement of the clients needs
