MILLENNIUM NETWORK CORP: New Senior Appointment / February 15, 2000

MILLENNIUM NETWORK CORPORATION ("MLM-V") - New Senior Appointment
The Millennium Network Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Renato A.
Cavaliere, CGA as the Secretary of the Corporation to replace Mr. Phil Jakobson, who has left the
company. The appointment is effective immediately.
Further to his responsibilities as the Secretary of the public company, Mr. Cavaliere is President &
Chief Operating Officer of Lyco Logistics 2000 Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Millennium.
In addition to being accredited with a professional accounting designation (CGA), Mr. Cavaliere has
been involved with major systems implementations, company turnaround situations and organisational
restructuring of companies. He is also the chief architect behind Lyco's proprietary integration software
and has over 10 years of senior management experience in distribution companies. Past assignments
include Corporate Controller of the Bacchus Group Wine Merchants and Branch Manager for British
Columbia for Saputo Cheese.
"Mr. Cavaliere's appointment to the public company reflects the increased emphasis our distribution
facility will play in our overall corporate strategy," says Bernie Lauser, President & CEO of Millennium.
As an integrated e-commerce company, Millennium's distribution arm focuses on providing 3PL (third
party logistics) to traditional and online e-commerce companies with emphasis on reducing both
distribution costs and the time associated between online order entry and shipment of the product to
the customer. In a research report titled "Mastering Commerce Logistics" Forrester Research stated
that demand for order fulfillment solutions will re-shape the existing landscape as logistics suppliers
evolve to serve the small-package, individual oriented needs of commerce site operators.
"It is gratifying to note that our existing business model is validated by independent research firms,"
says Renato Cavaliere. "While many companies are talking about it, our company with its pick & pack
technology especially suited for internet e-tailers, is already there. We can assist internet e-tailers
with separating themselves from the competition by helping them with timely and expedient order
processing as well as providing them with additional margin towards their own profitability." TEL: (604)
