Backer has 6,900,044 commom shares, and with options(790,000)would result in 7,690,044 fully diluted. TPT has considerably more shares, and is significantly larger; but appears to have market value at less than $0.50 a share. If TPT finalizes this deal, and with the aquazition gets a TSE listing, one can only expect the actual price of the stock to be better reflected in April. This baby is a very big hold right now.
