Friday February 18, 1:45 am Eastern Time UBS restructuring,private bank head departs BASEL, Switzerland, Feb 18 (Reuters) - UBS AG on Friday announced a major restructuring and said its head of private banking, Rudi Bogni, would leave the bank. Private banking, the division which has recently been facing problems expanding its business, will be merged into the division UBS Switzerland, which will include the bank's domestic operations and will be headed by Stephan Haeringer, now head of UBS's retail and corporate business, the company said.(cont) biz.yahoo.com
