Who the heck is this guy ?

Get an idea from a simple exercise:
check the number of entries of "Superconducting Technologies" in Northernlight.com
check "Conductus"
check "Illinois Superconductor"
check "American Superconductor"
check "Intermagnetics General"
check "pluvia securities"
check "Hambrecht and Quist"
check "Hmabrecht & Quist", ...

Here are the results
SCON:945; CDTS:2135; ISCO:925; AMSC:1745; IMG:1181
H and Q:2246; H & Q:53686

and "pluvia secutities" a grand total of 1 - today's excrement".

IMHO wouldn't give this guy a second look. He's so incompetent he wants a slo-mo movie rerun of the last 2 days so he can wake up, or worse yet, short (strangle) an excellent technology in its infancy.

I don't know how much following Pluvia have or who they are. But, it is clear from their
recommendation that they are totally unaware of the superconductor story and its
evolution or are purposely ignoring it.
The closing lines: "Pluvia Securities Research, their agents, associates, and or
employees have investment positions consistent with the above-stated investment
opinion. " say it all.

Nonetheless, if their following is large enough and if there is a coordinated short attack,
their above closing lines may become a self fulfilling prophecy (and a huge revisit to
buying opportunities for those who believe in SC). Even then, I would like to see how
they support their 6 month target price. 15 is no where in the charts or fundamentals. I
would probably understand a target of 4 or even 2.5 (if the SC story does not pan out).
My own long term target is in triple digits. Its a free market out there.
