Oh OK thanks. Yes that happened also last Friday. Just buying pressure heavily outweighing selling. Causes the stock to run up. Flip side is true when a stock is being heavily shorted and/or sold. Stock will rapidly go down in price. This is also what "mo-mo" players count on. ie grab the stock low, run it up and bail at or near the top of the momemtum run. Look for the overall trend in the stock instead. Like higher highs and higher lows. It will give you a far better picture. :-) JD
