Sideware Expands North American Presence by Signing Partner Agreements with
Valu-net


HERNDON, VA, Feb. 24 /CNW/ - Sideware Corp. - a wholly owned subsidiary
of Sideware Systems Inc. of North Vancouver, BC (OTCBB-SDWSF and CDNX-SYD.U),
and a developer of customer service solutions for e-business today announced,
that further to its strategy to establish a strong North American market, the
company has signed agreements with Valu-net Corporation of Toronto, ON
(CDNX-VNE) as an important Sideware Partner. Valu-net is a leader in the
Canadian e-business market, providing a full range of programs and services
for the business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors. Valu-net will
integrate Sideware's Dr. Bean into their e-Business solutions as part of their
overall mission to ensure its customers realize the full potential of the
Internet.
Under the primary agreement, Valu-net will play a key role in Sideware's
Canadian VAR strategy with future plans to include the development of a
Sideware Systems sales and technical support center located in Valu-net's
corporate headquarters. The secondary agreement includes opportunities for
Valu-net to enhance its current e-Business enabling technologies and services
by adding the customer relationship management functionality of Sideware's Dr.
Bean for customers in the U.S. market.
