i mean when was the last time a pink sheet company asked the wrolds most respected
acounting firm to give them the once over.. in addition i would imagine that for those guys to have even taken the
job in the first place they must have been really made to feel comfortable.. face it ..the last thing they would
want is to get involved with some pink sheet thing.. so they must have done there dd and come to the
conclusion that this is a good deal for them..
and that the people involved are all legit.. they will have had there china office check out digg prior to acepting,
and they will have checked out most of the principals..

Hey, people are staring to get it.

From THE raging bull........

just a few thoughts from a long-time lurker...

Kitty litter is worth a lot of money... Now let's hold off that thought for a few and consider some
other points which have come to light in recent months.

1. Digital is an Oil & Gas company with real technologies, that really can make a large profit if
leveraged. Emphasis here is on the amount of time, and money it takes to move a deal like
China to maturity.

2. Digital is an Internet/Software technology company with many technologies in
"development." Knowing a little bit about software, one thing is for sure, it takes real time to
make, and 0.5% of the population are capable of comprehending the level of detail and
development required to do what looks to be very simple things.
What does this all mean? There can be extremely valuable technologies brewing in
development that take real money and time to bring to maturity...

3. Digital currently doesn't have a gushing source of liquid assets.

Sum-thus-far: Digital seems to have very valuable/powerful technologies tied up, waiting on
only a steady stream of revenue to fund the investment to get these technologies distributed.

Hrm. What does Digital need most? Revenue. Software & Gas are too costly on the
initial-investment side to be able to leverage for startup capital.. Sounds like we need a cash
crop, right?

I've reviewed the press releases again and again, and it looks like the only thing holding Digg
back is a good source of revenue to operate with, and full-reporting status with the powers that
be.

Now we know digg needs money to get credible reviewing to get back to a "fully-reporting"
status.

Kitty litter is like cigarettes to cat owners; you can't decide whether to buy it, only which one.
FINALLY, sum in the notion that this litter might have a real competitive advantage, and that it's
teamed with a very reputable pet-industry-megalith.

Yeah. I'd say we're on the right track now.
