I am thankful to be alive tonight...I left early Friday because of the mid-western snowstorm...Did set a limit sell on 2000 MATR at 6 1/8 before I left,that fortunately got triggered, so at least made 3/4 point on that one...
Well anyway, I was approaching Upper Sandusky and was about to pass a semi, when I observed something in the road ahead of me..Looked like a stick or small piece of metal that I thought I could just drive over...Whatever it was it took out my right passenger tire and right rear tire of my jeep..I went into a skid, but managed to get things under control, and pulled to the side of the road..I had two flat tires on the same side...Obviously, being the mechanic I am(vbg, where does the oil go?), figured I couldn't change the tire, since I only had one spare...
Fortunately, my wife had packed heavy survival gear in the back(boots,snowbibs,hat,mittons, scarf,bottled water, banana, candle, etc..) and my daughter's cell phone...Who says our wives don't take care of us? Mine is number 1 next to Jesus...Did not use the cell phone before, but figured 911 would work and it did...Wrecker eventually came(one that puts entire vehicle on back of wrecker) and took me to bedroom community of Upper Sandusky, where I was dropped at Wilson's Tire Shop...
My two tires were completely worthless, so bought 2 new ones and was on my way...End of life story, probably put a lot of you to sleep already....
Back to stocks, it looks like our low volume popper IMCI did its pop on Friday...I knew it was coming but did not expect it to pop to 7.00...One thing I can say about poppers, PATIENCE...I have missed several opportunities because I have lacked patience...I got 1/8 of a point on IMCI...I only owned 1000 shares...Still with a little patience, putting 4K at risk and taking home 2K+ is not bad trading, is it....
I am PATIENTLY holding INFO and ECTL, which I will give 5-7 days to pop to my target areas...
Also did not sell my double position on AZTC, since it did not hit my first target price...I feel that AZTC is just beginning its run..Note there was no news, Friday..
Let me tell everyone here, when Frank openly mentions that he bought 5000 shares in a stock(he probably bought more than that), he is very confident and IMHO, a big move is coming...I remember when he loaded up on XICO, then BOOM...
He is a pro, and very good with money management...He is from the old school of Tape readers...How many of you traders read a tape???Ok. Time and sales maybe, but the TAPE! His eyes must be very sore at end of day...He does not talk much, but he is good, very good...Take everyone of his suggested picks seriously..In other words, do your own DD on them, and be sure and peg the pullback areas so you buy at the stock's low and don't get caught buying on momentum....What is beautiful about Frank and his style is that his stocks are sound fundamentally, and he always tries to buy at the low of a trading range.....Combine his stocks with proper TA and you have an awesome combination of power in trading...
Right now Frank is probably eating a tossed salad and talking shop with Larry Connors and Jeff Cooper in a first-class New York Hotel....Oh, to be in New York...
Will answer all TA posts to me tomorrow night...Have a big day tomorrow and have to get some sleep...
