dvdw and Bosco,

Welcome to KVH. I'll look forward to your participation... we need help keeping the blood circulating on this thread.

KVH does seem to be in a sweet spot with its mobile antenna. If the patent infringement is upheld, they will be the sole provider of the reception for mobile vehicle. Developments with the automakers can't be too far off. The news from the auto show last night include comments about in-vehicle (including Bob's Harley) internet becoming the norm in the next couple of years. I think it will take some work on the size of the current unit, but it appears KVH should be in line for a share of the market.

Also, AOL has an investment in GMH that may lead to some business for KVH. All this and a $1B+ current sensor market waiting to be tapped...

Good luck with our investment,

Regards,

Roy

Hi Bosco, we haven't crossed paths for over two years, when I was in MADGF as were you.

I too have taken an initial position here. I like the patents and the R&D about to pay off. The potential for substantial military contracts isn't bad either.

I went to the Chicago auto show a couple days ago and not one conversion van had mobile Internet, although all had TVs in them, but not satellite links. I think this company is right in the path of the future.

I may buy more but I'm still getting up to speed here right now.
