IMHO this is an over-reaction. At this point we know that they held on to 50% of their softnet stock and that they will not have to pay taxes on the gain of the shares sold.
I believe the stock is a buy at these levels. The business continues to be an attractive acquisition target for many companies and the children exiting the business to me make it much more likely that it will be sold. Only question is to whom.
