Metaphysical question: What is a "payment?" The press release says: ... an agreement with the Life Foundation Trust for a prepayment of the $20 million that is due April 15, 2000. Under the agreement, one or more payments "one or more?" Do they not know? Have they not decided yet? are to be made over the next 30 days, with the first payment of $3.5 million to be delivered by the Life Foundation Trust to Hitsgalore.com on or before Monday, February 21, 2000. So, what is a "payment", and what does "delivered" mean? What is the meaning of "is"? Normally, I'd assume "cash" == "payment". Should I here? Other terms of the agreement have not been disclosed. Why not? When might we expect to see an 8-K SEC filing? I would assume that this would be a "material event", no? - Daniel
