Peppe: good point. But I am thinking more of the NT/BAY deal (I owned BAY). The amount of completely inane comments from analysts about that deal, in conjunction with the complete lack of understanding of NT by analysts at the time, made for a very rough ride. First you get the "can't mix the two cultures" routine. I forget the other boiler plate sound bites but I suspect we will hear them all soon. ALA is to be criticized for the weird way it has left an information black hole for its share holders. Maybe ALA will call the deal off!
