Well frankly, I prefer to go further out and get better premiums. Alot also depends on where you think price will be in the short to mid term. If I felt we were going to drop further, say to the low $40's, then maybe the April $50's would look ok at $6 1/4. However, If I felt we would hold at $50, I don't know if the $6 1/4 would be enticing enough for me. Additionally, you are pretty safe with the April 60's - $65's, but todays premium is fairly low, as aol is down. If aol moves back to upper $50's, the premiums on the 60's - 65's would look much better. Remember, the art of rolling down CC's has a very specific strategy.......The last one's I wrote were July $60's and I got $9.25 for each. They are currently around $5.50. I would prefer to buy them back for under $4.50, and then write some more with a higher premium, but the action of the stock and the price on the premiums will dictate what I do.

Good Luck
