Is/was Jack Banks involved in this company? It's been so long I've forgotten, but I thought he was.

A report in The Globe and Mail says he was arrested for first degree grand larceny and scheme to defraud. The charges stem from a deal Galaxiworld had put together.

As I understand it, the shares remaining public where 'forced' into a buy-back at 1.50US.Mangement now owns 100% of the company.

I did however notice in one of my accounts with Gaming
Lottery I was given spin-off shares of Online Int'l Corp...Unfortunately they have no value !
It gets stranger as time goes on........
