BS from CNBC on right now: Reporterette Cindy ?Kachuhara is reporting from London
that " ALA is down in Europe because
it wants to but NN for 6.5B
( no mention that the bid is for more than 6.5 B .

Then goes on to report that " NN has not been able to
increase it's biz in the US against such poers as CSCO and
LU ".
No mention about new products.
That's the latest bs from CNBC

That's the latest from our cutting edge CNBC,

OK Doug, I can not allow your brain to be burned.
If deal is 1:1 then current price is irrelevant.
Once the dust will settle,no later then ( may be earlier)some time in late spring both shares will be much higher.
Since I will be keeping my shares or at least major portion after merger I do not care about details.

I will leave it to you.
