I think we've probably reached a new low in political discourse with this tip scandal. By the way, Hillary's $100 savings bond slightly trumps Giuliani's recent $25 tip to a waitress the other day.

In any event, I'm not sure that "big tipper" is an attribute I'd look for in someone dealing with budgetary matters.
