I agree with you, more or less.. Market multiples have expanded.. What used to be say 3 times revenue is now 5-6 or more... As to what will happen and when is always harder to predict. Only point I will make is, it has repeatedly done the opposite of what investors and gurus have been saying for quite a while.. And that is why individual investors have made money and people who are nimble in changing their minds have made money. But time to be cautious for sure...
